We only collect the following information through our forms: your first and last name, optional phone number, your email address, and the content of your request (subject, message, delivery or pickup details, where applicable). This information is used solely to process your request, answer your questions, and organize your orders or appointments.
Purpose and retention period
Your data is kept only as long as necessary to process your request. After 12 months without contact, we delete or anonymize it. You may ask for its deletion at any time.
Your rights
